Obroč is a local underground band from Ilirska Bistrica, Slovenia. In january 2011 the band performed a benefit concert in support for MKNŽ underground club. Despite very local reach, the band puts tremendous creative energy into their original songwriting which generates a very solid group of loyal fans.
